How it works

step1. Client Call or Visit

  • Responsible: Administrator (Reception)
  • Actions:
    • In the Clients section, create a client card: name, phone, email, car, VIN.
    • If the client already exists in the database, search by phone or VIN.
step2. Create Order
2. Create Order
  • Responsible: Administrator.
  • Actions:
    • Creates a new order in the Orders section:
    • Specifies the client,
    • Selects the type of service,
    • Specifies the section,
    • Assigns an employee,
    • Order status = new.
step3. Vehicle Reception
3. Vehicle Reception
  • Responsible: Service advisor or administrator.
  • Actions:
    • Checks the vehicle and records required works.
    • If spare parts are needed → adds them to the order via Inventory Movements.
    • Automatically:
      • Stock balance decreases,
      • Order item (OrderItem) is added,
      • Order price is recalculated.
step4. Work Execution

  • Responsible: Technicians at sections (sections).
  • Actions:
    • View assigned orders (filter: status = in_progress).
    • Mark progress and add comments.
    • If additional parts are required → request them, and a new inventory movement is recorded.

  • Responsible: Technician / Section staff.
  • Actions:
    • Change order status → done.
    • Verify that all work and parts are recorded.
    • The total order amount is calculated automatically.

  • Responsible: Cashier or Administrator.
  • Actions:
    • In the Finance section, creates a record: type = income, amount = order total, linked to client and order.
    • If there were expenses → creates an expense record.
    • This allows tracking:
      • Revenue (income),
      • Cost (via inventory),
      • Margin per order.

  • Responsible: Administrator / Service Station Owner.
  • Actions:
    • All actions are logged.
    • In the dashboard, reports can be generated:
      • Number of orders per section,
      • Employee workload,
      • Warehouse stock balances,
      • Income / expenses by finance,
      • Profit per order.
